It lives in the shower and has held up very well
This review is for customer service. My package was very delayed and then arrived with evidence of tampering, none of which was their fault. However, because of the volatility surrounding anything related to Palestine, I messaged to inform them of the situation (with pics) and that I was uncomfortable opening and/or using the contents of the package as is, worried someone messed with it. The first person to reply was very kind and understanding and offered to replace or refund the soap immediately (stating my safety and peace of mind were top priorities) but then the manager jumped in and demanded I open the box first and send them pictures for their insurance before anything can be done, completely ignoring my concerns. I offered to send the package back untouched so they can inspect it themselves and submit whatever they needed to insurance but it seems the manager preferred I take on that risk. I refused to put my safety at risk for $36 worth of soap and told them to keep my money as a donation whilst also offering to send the package back before discarding but I never heard from them again. All of this was happening as I was mourning a loss so it made everything worse. They lost a lifelong customer but I still wish them well.
I’ve ordered two keys soap many times before (through third party sellers) as a way to support Palestine and really like it. So the soap itself is great based on past experience with other retailers.
Firstly this is the best soapI ever used, so, of course it deserves its own dish, like it’s own home on the countertop.
I am definitely happy with my purchase of this soap. It cleans well and doesn’t dry out your skin. I would buy it again.
OK, I admit it, I didn’t buy these to use as a soap dish. I liked the pictures and the size and I use them to hold snacks. They work great for that even if they have drain holes.
I love my soap dish. It is just the right size and the design is very cheerful. I like having a piece of artisan pottery as well as having a reminder of Palestine in the bathroom. I would like the draining holes to be bigger, but that is a little quibble. Can recommend.
I am hooked on soap from the Nablus Palestinian Soap Cooperative. Each soap bar lasts amazingly long. The quality is consistently excellent. The soap doesn't dry out my skin at all, in fact, it seems to moisturize while it is cleansing. I have been using this soap exclusively for about three years now and I believe it keeps my skin looking young. I highly recommend this product.
I’ve been using Palestinian soap for a number of years and have tried nearly all of them. The latest one was so luscious and creamy. I’m so glad I kept the wrapper for future identification and that marvelous soap is The Candle.
Love these soaps Anna have been buying for years now. Really great product and consistent. It’s non irritating and has no fragrance. My skin feels soft.
I love this soap. It's a great soap for face. I use it on my own face, and it has helped clear it ny son's acne.
The very best hand soaps I have ever encountered. The all natural ingredients leave the skin feeling clean moisturized and without the film that most bar soaps leave on the skin. This is what soap is supposed to feel like. I couldn’t recommend any more highly
My favorite soap. The only soap I’ve bought for years. It’s in the shower, by the bathroom sink, and the kitchen sink. I always give it as gifts around the holidays too.
I love this natural soap. I am a man, not a prissy girly man, and this soap has a nice neutral and natural scent that doesn' cover up or overperfume your body. You get clean, you smell pleasant, not perfumed, and best of all you support real people in Palestine, not big business.

I've been ordering this stuff for a couple years at this point. Leaves my skin feeling better than other bars, and actually cleans really well as the oil is more soluble with different kinds of being dirty.
No lingering fragrance at all which is a huge plus. Only wish the bars lasted a little longer. Some of them do, but the camel one in particular seems to go quickly.
I’ll never use another brand of soap as long as I can order from you all! The soap is perfect, and it means so much to be able to support makers in Palestine. Also, I love the art on some of the wrappers so much that I’m going to have one framed! Thank you thank you thank you 🙏
