Made in Irbid, Jordan by the Masri family workshop. The Masri are a Palestinian family who have been the main producers of Nablus soap for the Jordanian market since before 1948.
Along with Camel and Two Keys, the Ostrich is one of the three oldest and most historic brands of Nablus soap. Their factory continues to use traditional methods of soap production.
I love this soap, and can't wait to order more. Soon I plan to order the 6 pk of Palestinian soap. I will be ordering a pack soon.

Even Better than I Hoped!
I usually buy the soaps I use in the shower and at the bathroom sink from a little goat farm in my area… But the owner recently died, so I’ve been looking for a new source for batch-made soap. I’d seen the Palestinian Soap Cooperative around, and decided I’d give them a try — not only is the soap batch-made, it supports an oppressed community.
The soaps are amazing. They smell good, clean well, and rinse off quickly. :-)
I Love this soap. It's clean soap with no bad stuff. I will continue to buy this soap as long as its availalbe. I've been giving it to family as gifts.
The soap is delightful and smells so good. The coffee is insanely delicious. It has cinnamon and cardamom and feels a bit like a strong tea. I love it all. Free Palestine!
