Shipping policy
We ship in two business days. All our packages are fully insured against loss, theft, or damage of any kind, and we guarantee you'll receive your package or be reimbursed or have your package replaced if any problem arises.
Shipments within the United States go exclusively by the United States Postal Service.
International shipments go by DHL with duties and taxes prepaid. We guarantee that international customers will not have to pay any fees upon receiving an international package. (If you do receive an import fee, we will refund you for the entire price of the order, not just the import fees).
The only thing we cannot reimburse for is incorrect addresses. Please double-check your address upon ordering, and let us know if you need a correction!
Commercial orders of 50 boxes or more may be dispatched directly from Nablus, or San Francisco or Dublin if you are in the USA or Europe respectively. Please contact us at info@palestiniansoap.coop for specific pricing for larger orders.
