Limited edition olive colored kufiya, produced by hand loomers in Khalil, Palestine. These are soft, finely crafted scarves.
New and limited stock arrived September 26th. The green threads for this kufiya are produced in Syria and have been very difficult to transport to Nablus for looming.
Kufiyas for All
Anyone can wear a kufiya to show their solidarity with the Palestinian people. As a symbol of steadfastness and Palestinian resistance, the kufiya dates back nearly a century to British occupation.
About the Manufacturer
The Nablus Textile Company is one of only two scarf-producing factories in Palestine. Founded in 1950 by the al-Nabulsi family, the Nablus Textile Company has been the long-time and highly acclaimed manufacturer of uniforms for school age kids in Nablus.
The scarves are thick, soft, and made from regionally-sourced fabrics: 65% cotton and 35% polyester. Size: 48" x 48"
I'm not sure what I was expecting. Maybe it's the enormity of how intensely meaningful the keffiyeh has always been and now become, but I felt really overwhelmed with how beautiful this woven fabric was. It's much bigger than I thought it was going to be, as well. Roughly 40 by 40 inches. I think it's the coolest thing that someone skillfully made this. Thank you.

Bought these with no expectations, but was very pleasantly surprised to realize the similarity to high end French soap (recently purchased in small shop in Paris)
This soap leaves my skin really soft to the touch. I love how it doesn't really have much scent and each bar goes a really long way. Will definitely reorder!
