The Two Keys imprint is known for the generous size of its bars and its historic factory, which has preserved the traditional craft of soap-making for over 100 years.
Situated in the heart of Nablus, central to the Qaryoun historic quarter, the Tuqan Soap Factory has persisted through major changes in the city over the past century. The factory is owned by the Tuqan family, who were prominent figures and local rulers of Nablus in the 18th and 19th centuries. Their factory remains dedicated to producing traditional Nabulsi soap and stands as a testament to the city's rich economic and cultural history.

Olive oil soap gets better with age. Keep them in a dry place for an increasingly olive-tan colored, dense, sudsy, and less soap-smelling bar. They can be aged even faster in a sunny window.

S U (New York, US) This review is for customer service. My package was very delayed and then arrived with evidence of tampering, none of which was their fault. However, because of the volatility surrounding anything related to Palestine, I messaged to inform them of the situation (with pics) and that I was uncomfortable opening and/or using the contents of the package as is, worried someone messed with it. The first person to reply was very kind and understanding and offered to replace or refund the soap immediately (stating my safety and peace of mind were top priorities) but then the manager jumped in and demanded I open the box first and send them pictures for their insurance before anything can be done, completely ignoring my concerns. I offered to send the package back untouched so they can inspect it themselves and submit whatever they needed to insurance but it seems the manager preferred I take on that risk. I refused to put my safety at risk for $36 worth of soap and told them to keep my money as a donation whilst also offering to send the package back before discarding but I never heard from them again. All of this was happening as I was mourning a loss so it made everything worse. They lost a lifelong customer but I still wish them well.
I’ve ordered two keys soap many times before (through third party sellers) as a way to support Palestine and really like it. So the soap itself is great based on past experience with other retailers.
